Refund & Cancellation Policy
Virsive is a property of Appease IT Solutions Private Limited, an Indian company registered under the Companies Act, 2013. Scope
This policy covers payments made to Virsive for our services: AI strategy, engineering, and embedded team engagements. Each engagement is described in a proposal or statement of work (SOW). If a signed SOW or contract has different refund terms, those terms apply.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an engagement at any time by email to support@virsive.com.
- If you cancel before work starts, we cancel the engagement and refund your advance payment in full.
- If you cancel after work starts, you pay for the work done up to the cancellation date. We refund any amount you paid for work that was not done.
- Monthly embedded team engagements can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. We do not charge for the next period after a valid cancellation.
Refunds
- Work has not started: full refund of the advance payment.
- Work has started: refund of the amount for work not yet delivered. Delivered milestones are not refunded.
- Duplicate or wrong payments: full refund of the extra amount.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@virsive.com with your name, company, invoice number, and the payment ID from your payment receipt. We reply within 2 business days.
Refund timeline
After we approve a refund, we start it within 2 business days. The money goes back to the payment method you used. It usually reaches your account in 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
